Multifunctional building in Staré Ransko, interiour and finishing works

The subject of the Bachelor thesis is the solution of technological phase of interior and finishing works in the multifunctional object in Staré Ransko. The thesis is concentrated on the implementation of the floor structures. At first from the implementing hydro insulation to the stepping plies, which are created by vinyl and pavement. The building will serve for accommodation (four flats 2+1) and for training of company employees. The thesis deals with the technical report of selected building, the situation of transport links, the item budget with a bill of quantities, the technological specification for floor construction, the solution of organization of construction, the construction site, the time schedule, the proposal of the mechanical assembly, the quality solution, the occupation safety and the comparison of the two sort of flooring.

The goal of the diploma thesis is to create a business valuation based on investment value of GZ Digital Media, a.s. The date of business valuation is on 1 st January 2015 for purpose of hypothetical sale of the majority shareholder´s share. At first, diploma thesis introduces the company itself. After that, the strategic and financial analyses follows. On these analyses is determined whether the assumption of going concern is fulfilled or not. The company is valuated with the DCF entity and industry multiples methods. After that the value of majority shareholder´s share is determined.

This thesis deals with the history records and charts its development through history to the present. It shows readers the first attempts of recording and reproducing apparatus , describes the history of the devices to play music and invented the phonograph . It outlines the creation of packaging design as a separate art disciplines and maps it over time to the present. The conclusion is devoted to contemporary music media. It outlines the emergence of followers technical revolution , cassettes and compact discs.
